A dynamic, top-to-bottom healing combining reiki, energy work and intuitive guidance to re-calibrate the physical, emotional and energetic body. This is sacred time where we’ll be in communication with your loving, intelligent system. Held on the phone or on Zoom. (Energy knows no bounds).

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our time together will include a bit of everything in my toolkit: traditional reiki, energy work, and an intuitive reading. Your body may guide me to support you with certain breathing practices, belief work, energy center releases, or simply deep rest.
The body and the miraculous elements with it in (organs, energy centers, etc.) have a consciousness of their own that hold great wisdom for us. During this work, we connect and listen to all that most needs to be seen, felt, heard and understood.
