What to expect in a session
My sessions include a bit of everything in my toolkit: traditional reiki, energy work, and an intuitive reading. Your body may guide me to support you with certain breathing practices, belief work, energy center releases, or simply deep rest. Every session is different but completely dynamic and perfect for what is most needed. (This can often be different than what is expected).
Here’s the most important thing: the age of outsourcing our power is over.
This work is about remembering that you have always been your own most powerful guide, confidant and healer. You have everything you need and more, my job is only to help you remember that and remind you of the magic of the infinite mystery (and your impermeable connection to it).

THE
HEALING
SESSION
This is a 75 minute private energy work session combined with an intuitive reading. This is where my work really shines and we can go deep. I’ve been doing intuitive work for years, and when I started working on the body it began showing me *so* much in sessions. These are received the same as a reiki session, where you’ll be lying down comfortably. These are deeply transformative sessions where we have the time to be in communication with your loving, intelligent system.

READING
This offering is a 15 minute recorded intuitive reading. When you purchase this offering, you’ll be prompted to include a few questions or themes you would like insight or support on. I’ll tune in, record the reading and email it to you no later than a week after purchase. Please feel free to use my contact form if you have any questions about this process.
